Food & Event Design I Obiado’s Olea

We designed the full event production & catering for Obiado’s Olea and truly pushed the boundaries. Exploring olive oil beyond its conventional use, we reimagined it through unexpected forms and textures. Encapsulated olive oil spheres, balsamic caviar, olive oil & greens espuma and olive oil washed martinis all came together on the table.
