Food & Event Design I Obiado’s Olea

For Obiado’s Olea we designed the full food design experience and event production, shaping the entire atmosphere around the brand’s narrative and sensory language.

Every element was considered specifically for this gathering: table settings, lighting, music playlist, and the custom surfaces used for serving the food and drinks. Flavor was placed at the centre of the experience while olive oil became the main material of exploration. Moving beyond its conventional use, we reimagined it through unexpected forms and textures: encapsulated olive oil spheres, balsamic caviar, olive oil & greens espuma and olive oil washed martinis all came together on the table.

Food became a storytelling medium throughout the experience, translating the essence of the brand into an edible and spatial language
