Food & Event Design I Anemoia

For Anemoia‘s pop-up event, we created an immersive edible experience guided by the brand’s collection, logo, color palette, and visual codes.

Signature pieces reimagined as edible forms: ceramic buckle belts recreated with brioche dough and fruit leather, garment silhouettes shaped from thin layers of dough, leather accessories reproduced using the brand’s original cutting molds—this time crafted from chocolate and brownie.

Ceramic button details, a recurring element in Anemoia’s designs, inspired an interactive moment: cookie buttons were hand-stitched onto the wine server’s apron after countless break tests—perfectly designed to be torn off and eaten by guests.

Alongside the service, we curated a workshop table where participants used fresh pasta dough as a design material, creating their own Anemoia-inspired pieces. Each design was then cooked and served by our chefs—blurring the boundaries between fashion, food, and play.
