Food Design & Table Setting I Salt Beyoğlu
For the opening evening of the ‘Trash’ workshops program at Salt Beyoğlu, we created a table setting using Salt’s 15-year inventory of exhibition materials and served food that acts as an edible material inventory as parallel to the program’s practice and context. The program consists of a series of public workshops where Salt repurposes its material archive.
